Take it to the Woods

Take it to the Woods is a solo-developed project for PC and Mac, created using the Godot engine as a final project for a 2024 college game design class.
The game is a story-lite, replayable experience where players are rewarded for exploring, mastering controls, and maintaining a fast pace to achieve higher scores and quicker clear times. The primary objective is to navigate the level's many obstacles while discovering hidden bonus collectibles to increase the score. At the end of the level, hitting a switch starts a timer, challenging players to race back to the finish within the time limit as a final test of skill.
This project is somewhat unfinished in its current state, so the only footage is of this test area
